Training
Exercise is something
I need in order to feel satisfied. I try to train at least 5 - 6
times every week. A few years ago my training program consisted only
of weight training, but nowadays I go jogging several times a week.
Recently I've started training kickboxing
too, and I really enjoy it. It's very good exercise. I don't really
lift weights that much anymore. I like boxing and jogging
more.
Sometimes I exercise less than I'd like to because I don't have the
time I need. That often leaves me with a feeling of frustration. I
really need my exercise and it makes me feel good about myself. The
feeling I get after I'm done training is indescribable. I try to rest
whenever I feel my body needs it.
